  • STUDIO is the growth platform that comes with your Community Membership. It’s where your monthly Circle sessions are digitally hosted and where you collaborate with your Circle members both during sessions and in between them. It’s also the space to connect directly with your coach, access the tools and prompts that extend your growth outside of sessions, and join the broader community of women for deeper conversations, in-person and virtual events, and member benefits.

  • There’s no additional cost. STUDIO is included in your Community Membership.

  • STUDIO is for every woman in our Community Membership. It’s where you’ll find tools, resources, and conversations that complement your Circle experience — whether you’re just starting to stretch, navigating the middle of your career, or leading at the highest levels.

  • Once you join the Community Membership, you’ll have immediate access to STUDIO. From day one, you’ll be able to join discussions, explore our evergreen library of tools, access events, and connect with your Circle and your coach.

  • Yes. STUDIO is an intentional, safe space built exclusively for women to share openly, connect deeply, and grow together.

The Community Membership

  • The Community Membership is your space to grow with other women navigating similar challenges in career + life. Through coach-led circles, shared tools, and real conversations, you’ll gain clarity, confidence, and connection to move forward with more intention.

  • It’s designed for women navigating the middle stretch of their careers—whether that’s the early climb, the mid-career stretch, the highest peak of leadership, or a transition point—who want steady support, fresh perspectives, and a circle of women who understand the journey.

  • Your membership includes monthly coach-led circles, tools and prompts to keep your growth alive between sessions, seasonal gatherings, and ongoing community connections. Every element is designed to keep you evolving what matters—without losing momentum in career or life.

  • Live sessions are where the richest conversations happen. They’re the heart of our community because connection and wisdom come alive when more voices are at the table. We strongly encourage joining live so you can both share and receive the perspectives that make Circles so powerful. That said, we know life happens—if you miss a session, you’ll still have access to community conversations, tools, and prompts to stay connected and supported until you’re back in the room.

  • We onboard new members in cohorts to create alignment and belonging from the start. You can apply anytime, and we’ll invite you into the next available circle.

  • We take care to place you in a circle with women who share your pace and growth energy. It’s not random pairing—it’s thoughtful matching that creates trust, stretch, and long-lasting connection.

  • This isn’t about one-way advice or a single voice of expertise. It’s a shared, coach-guided space where women learn from one another across industries, expand their perspectives, and practice tools together. Vulnerability is welcomed here—because when women share openly, that honesty becomes the power in the room. The result: deeper clarity, stronger confidence, and growth that actually sticks.

Making It Possible

  • Yes. Many women are able to cover their membership through professional development funds. We provide employer-ready receipts and can share language to help you make the request if needed.

  • Yes. You can save 10% by choosing annual billing. Many members prefer this option because it simplifies things while reinforcing their commitment to their own growth.

  • No. You can cancel anytime. We designed the experience to be steady and sustainable, not a heavy obligation.

    Should you find you need to cancel your membership, we simply stop billing you in future billing cycles.

  • Life has seasons. If your schedule shifts, we’ll work with you to make sure you stay connected to your Circle and have the tools you need to keep momentum, even if you step back for a period of time.

  • We know investing in yourself isn’t always simple. That’s why we designed IN+PLENTIFUL to deliver both immediate value (language, clarity, tools you can use right away) and lasting returns (confidence, community, and momentum). Many women also ask their companies to share in the investment. And if you truly feel this is the support you need but the cost feels out of reach, we’re always open to a conversation to see how we can meet you where you are.
