Cultivating conversations that spark connection + growth
Meaningful conversations don’t just happen. They unfold slowly, through shared stories, deep reflections, and the kind of dialogue that lingers long after the last sip of coffee.
That’s why we created The Cultivate Collective—a gathering space for women who seek more than small talk. A place to reflect, expand, and connect.
Rooted in thought-provoking conversation, these gatherings are designed to spark self-discovery, shared wisdom, and real connection. Guided by our Cultivate Lab card decks, each conversation invites you to explore life, work, and personal growth—together.
Bring your curiosity, your experiences, and your voice. This is a space to grow—one conversation, one connection, one moment at a time.

An unshakable knowing this space was meant to exist.
The need for genuine, in-person connection has never been greater. It’s something I hear from our community all the time—and I feel it deeply too. Navigating life and work as a woman can feel expansive, yet isolating. We crave spaces where we can be seen, heard, and understood. But where do we find them? A random DM? A passing conversation at a networking event? It’s not always that simple.
That’s why The Cultivating Collective exists. I+P has always been about intentional growth and deep reflection, and I believe conversation is one of the most powerful ways we cultivate both. When we gather—over coffee, in intimate spaces, with questions that spark self-discovery—we create something rare: a space where transformation happens through dialogue.
For me, coffee shops have always been less about solitude and more about connection. I love hearing other women’s stories—discussing the trials and tribulations of being ambitious in work, raising kids, showing up as my best self, and exchanging ideas that push us forward. These conversations remind me that we are not navigating these paths alone.
Whether you join us to meet kindred women, engage in thoughtful dialogue, or simply share a moment of realness with someone who gets it, my hope is that these gatherings become a home for you. A space where you grow—not just in what you do, but in how you feel about the life you’re cultivating.
