Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard domestic shipping typically arrives within 2-6 business days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout; however, please consider processing times when selecting this option. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Absolutely. Once your order has shipped, you will find your tracking information as part of your order when you log into your I+P online account, allowing you to follow your package’s journey right to your door.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
The tracking information that was provided when your order shipped will have the most up to date information on the whereabouts of your package. Please email us directly if your package seems to be lost in transit based on the tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our goods. We do understand that things may shift around during the shipping process and can accommodate on a case by case basis. Please email us directly if you have received a damaged, incorrect, or missing good.

Member Experience
First things first - YAY!
Second, within 24 hours of signing up our team will get you set up with access to your Personal Growth Platform. Here’s what you can expect:
- Account Setup: Our team will internally establish your access, and you’ll receive an email inviting you to create your Member Account. Once your account is created, you’ll have full access to the Personal Growth Platform. (Keep an eye open for this email --- check your spam or junk email folder if you are suspicious it hasn't come through)
- Growth Bundle Shipment: We’ll prepare and package your Growth Bundle, which you can expect to receive within 5-7 business days. Once it arrives, you’ll receive a private invitation to join a live virtual collaboration session, where we’ll guide you through exploring and setting up your planner bundle to help integrate it into your life.
- Platform Orientation: Over the next several days, you’ll receive a series of emails introducing you to different areas within the platform. These emails help you get familiar with your new space, giving each area intentional attention so you feel comfortable and supported.
- Independent Exploration: You’re free to explore the platform at your own pace, discovering tools, resources, and community features as you go.
- Virtual Collaboration Invitation: You’ll receive an invitation to join a live virtual collaboration session, where you can explore the platform alongside other new members, ask questions, and connect with our community.

Your I+P Account and Member Account serve distinct purposes in your I+P experience:
- I+P Account: Created when you make a purchase on our website, this account lets you manage orders, update billing information, and view purchase history.
- Member Account: Established when you subscribe to a membership, this account provides access to member-exclusive content, including workshops, micro-dose growth labs, Elevate group sessions, and our supportive community.
While both accounts are integral to your I+P experience, they operate independently. Your I+P Account handles transactional aspects, while your Member Account focuses on engagement and growth activities within our community.
