Shipping & Returns

What is your return policy?
Currently, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, we understand that things can shift around during shipping and can accommodate on a case-by-case basis. If you've received a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please email and we'll make it right.
How are orders processed and shipped?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard U.S. domestic shipping typically arrives 2-6 business days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout; however, please consider processing times when selecting this option. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed in the U.S. will take 5 - 7 business days to arrive (this assumes processing and delivery time). Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7 - 16 days.
What if my order is lost in transit?
We understand how frustrating it can be when a package goes missing. If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please email us at with your order details. While we cannot guarantee replacements for lost packages, we’ll do our best to assist to see how we can keep your growth journey moving forward.
Memberships
What is the difference between the Shift and Elevate memberships?
Shift membership focuses on self-paced tools and workshops, while Elevate takes it deeper with one-on-one coaching and intimate group discussions to foster meaningful growth. Both are designed to meet you where you are and help you grow at your pace.

Can I upgrade my membership?
Absolutely! If you’d like to elevate your experience, just reach out to us, and we’ll guide you through upgrading your membership.
How does the onboarding process work?
Once you subscribe, we’ll take care of setting everything up for you! You’ll receive an email with all the details to create your Member Account, plus a warm welcome from us with tips on exploring your membership benefits. And don’t worry—we’re here every step of the way.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Shift memberships will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. For Elevate memberships, due to the structured quarterly or annual format, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
