Welcome to I+P! These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you and I+P. By accessing our website, purchasing any product, subscribing to our membership services, or using our Personal Growth Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please review them with intentional attention.

I+P offers both products and memberships that support personal and professional growth through curated resources, workshops, and coaching services. These Terms apply to all users, including website visitors, product purchasers, and Shift or Elevate members.
Description of Services
Products
I+P offers a range of products designed to support personal and professional development, such as planners, science-inspired guides and inserts, mindset cards, and other self-guided tools. Each product’s features, availability, and pricing are displayed on our website, and all purchases are subject to these Terms.
Membership Offerings
- Shift Membership: The Shift Membership includes foundational resources, monthly workshops, group coaching, micro-dose growth labs, and community access.
- Elevate Membership: Elevate Membership offers enhanced, personalized support with dedicated coaching, private group sessions, and additional resources for a deeper growth journey.
Personal Growth Platform
Our Personal Growth Platform, hosted on Mighty Networks, provides members with exclusive access to workshops, group coaching experiences, events, and our community.
Eligibility Requirements
To subscribe to an I+P membership, you must be at least 18 years old, and by joining, you acknowledge that I+P is a woman-centered brand. Our membership offerings are designed specifically to support women in their personal and professional growth. By creating an account and subscribing to a membership, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
Registration and Account Responsibilities
Account Creation
When purchasing a product or subscribing to a membership, you will create an I+P Account. Members will also create a Member Account on our Personal Growth Platform.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your accounts is your responsibility. Please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Payment Terms and Billing
Shift Membership
The Shift Membership offers flexible billing options: monthly, quarterly, or annually. The membership automatically renews based on the chosen billing term from the original subscription date.
Elevate Membership
The Elevate Membership offers flexible billing options: quarterly, or annually. The membership automatically renews based on the chosen billing term from the original subscription date.
Renewal and Cancellation
All memberships renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel your membership by accessing your account settings or contacting support. Cancelation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and access to membership benefits will continue until then.
Shipping and Delivery
I+P ships products domestically and internationally. Shipping options, costs, and delivery timelines are provided at checkout. While we strive to meet expected delivery times, delays can occur. I+P is not liable for delays due to carrier issues.
Return and Refund Policy
Products
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our goods. However, we understand that issues may arise during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please email us directly. Refunds on products are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Shift Membership
Refunds are not issued for partial months. Cancelation takes effect at the end of the billing period, with no refund for unused days.
Elevate Membership
Due to the quarterly or annual billing structure, partial refunds are not issued once a billing period has started. This policy supports the consistency and continuity of coaching and group engagement for all Elevate members.
Membership Conduct and Community Guidelines
Respect and Inclusivity
Our community standards encourage respectful, constructive interactions. All members are expected to contribute to a positive environment.
Confidentiality
When participating in any member event, coaching session, or workshop, information shared within sessions is confidential and should not be disclosed outside of these spaces. We covet the psychology safety of our community and want everyone to feel however they show up and share during their growth journey is protected.
Termination for Misconduct
I+P reserves the right to terminate memberships in response to guideline violations. Refunds will not be provided in these cases.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
All content provided by I+P—including but not limited to products, course materials, and coaching resources—is the intellectual property of I+P. Members may use these materials for personal and professional growth only and may not reproduce or share them without written permission.
License for Personal Use
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use I+P materials for personal and professional growth. Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of content outside of the platform is prohibited.
Privacy and Data Collection
Our collection, use, and sharing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using I+P’s services, you consent to data processing as outlined in the Privacy Policy, including data collection within the Personal Growth Platform for community engagement and member support.
Personal Growth Platform Access
Platform Access
Access to the Personal Growth Platform is exclusive to active members and includes resources, workshops, coaching sessions, and community engagement based on membership tier.
Account Security on the Platform
Members are responsible for securing their Member Account login credentials on the Personal Growth Platform. Unauthorized access should be reported immediately.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
I+P provides resources, tools, and community support for personal and professional growth. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Members are responsible for their own growth journeys, and I+P assumes no liability for results or personal experiences based on product engagement and membership participation.
Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service as needed. If significant changes are made, we will notify members. Continued use of I+P’s services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
