My First Month of Membership
We’re excited to support you as you start your Elevate journey, connect with your coach and group, and engage with the community! Generally, speaking, this is what you can expect once you have signed up for the Elevate Membership:
Day 1: Welcome Email
- You will receive your welcome email. Here you will be given access to create your Member Account and access the Personal Growth Platform.
- We will begin the process of matching you with your dedicated coach and group. (Matching time does vary, but we will keep you posted on the timeline you can expect.)
Days 2–5: Platform Orientation
- During your first week, you will receive one daily email that introduces an areas of the platform - we aim to help you get comfortable with your new space for growth at your own pace.
Days 5–7: Growth Bundle Arrival
- Expect your Growth Bundle to greet you at your doorstep—ready to be unpacked and personalized. Once it arrives, we’ll invite you to a private session to explore what is in your kit and give you creative outlet to build it, together.
Days 7–10: Virtual Collaboration Session
- You will receive an invitation to join a live session to meet fellow members and explore the Personal Growth Platform in an interactive experience with the I+P team.
Once you are matched to your group, you’ll be added to a private space within the Personal Growth Platform, dedicated exclusively to your group.
Here, you’ll find all the details for your monthly group coaching sessions, including the ability to add them directly to your calendar.
This space also allows you to engage with your coach and connect directly with your group members. Simply log into your group space, and you’re all set to join your monthly sessions and stay connected!
Yes! You will get an exclusive link to join us as you unbox your Growth Planner Kit. When together, we also introduce you to our Personal Growth platform, walk you through the resources available, and help you get the most out of your membership from day one.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Every Month of Membership
We ship out all Cultivate Kits the last week of the month, positioning their arrival at some time during the first week of the month.
Each month, you’ll receive:
- A new Cultivate Kit, containing growth-oriented products,
- Reflection and mindset tools for your home, office, and on-the-go,
- Your private coach-led, peer group coaching session.
- Access to newly released 7-day Micro-Dose courses, which are aligned with the Cultivate Guides in your Cultivate Kit.
If you can’t attend your monthly group coaching session, you won’t miss out entirely. Each session is designed to be valuable in the moment, but we also provide summaries of key themes and insights afterward, ensuring you still benefit from the group’s progress. You’ll have ongoing access to connect with your coach and fellow members on our Personal Growth Platform, so you can stay engaged with the community and continue moving forward, even if you miss a session.
The 7-day Micro-Dose course is available each month through your Personal Growth platform, and we’ll send a reminder when it’s released. You can work through it at your own pace, with each lesson taking just a few minutes daily.
